Daniela
Silva is an architect, researcher and writer. With a markedly multifaceted and
international career, she practiced in France, Japan, Italy and China.
Her work
and writings have been published and presented in lectures and exhibitions. She
has been a guest critic, lecturer, invited teacher, and juror at different
architecture schools such as Berlin International University of Applied
Sciences, University of Kingston, and Shandong Jianzhu University.
Currently,
she divides her professional activity between practice in an architecture
studio in Lisbon and research for a PhD in the area of Digital Architecture
at ISCTE.
At the same
time, she is a curator and research manager at the online platform Non
Architecture, is a team member of the independent, online platform for
architectural education DigitalFUTURES and writes for different international
architecture and design magazines such as CLOT Magazine and Architecture
Hunter.
